Park House Hotel - Shifnal - Jess and Steve
The Park House Hotel is a wedding venue based in Shifnal. Originally it was 2 separate country houses from the 17th Century sat on the edge of the village of Shifnal within easy access to the M54. Situated 2.2 miles from Cosford and a tad over 6 miles from Ironbridge Gorge.
Now we’ve got that out the way…
I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t been looking forward to this wedding for some time.
You see, this time, it was a little more personal.
I’ve known Steve for almost 13 years and he’s a very close friend of mine. I, therefore, knew Jess not long after they first got together and now as they’ve started a family together.
He’s a quiet lad, keeps himself to himself and frankly, doesn’t say much. Although, when he does, it’s impeccable timing and usually has us in stitches. A real down to earth lad… but anyway, this isn’t a dating site.
However, hands down, I can honestly say that Jess was, and is, by far the best thing to happen to Steve.
Jess is one of the loveliest people you could ever meet. She’s warm, kind and as the saying goes, ‘has her head screwed on in life’.
So, to have the absolute honour and privilege to photograph their Wedding. It was something I’ll always be thankful for.
